Joe Fischer teaches underwater photography in some of the world’s top diving locations. He started as a NAUI Scuba Instructor, then advanced to PADI Divemaster and Underwater Photography Instructor. With a strong teaching background, he excels in underwater video and photography. His ocean instruction skills help people feel at ease with cameras in the water, enabling them to confidently capture photos of marine. Joe takes pride in helping people learn and seeing them enjoy an unforgettable experience.
